In the not-so-distant past, in Crofton, Maryland, our founder embarked on a journey to build his first computer. To his surprise, it worked perfectly! But soon after, the computer refused to start. Frustrated, he turned to a local repair shop for help.
The experience was dreadful. The staff were condescending, the fees were exorbitant, and they even mocked him for bringing the power cable along with the computer tower. As it turned out, the problem was just a loose cable!
This disheartening encounter revealed a significant gap in the IT services industry: the need for an IT company that prioritizes exceptional customer service. This realization led to the birth of CHEAPER THAN A GEEK®️ (CTAG). Our founder started the company in his living room, fueled by a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
